March 2008 Beth Fitzgerald, local Maine wedding vendor, outlines the first plan for The Maine Wedding Company. Originally the MWC was to be called Wedding Sassy.
February 2009 The Many Wedding Company LLC organized.
January 2010 Market and strategy research completed.
May 2010 Maine vendor advisor committee meets.
June 2010 Might and Main commisisioned; branding and design completed.
November 2010 programming completed.
November 2010 Launched BETA website.
Janueary 2011 Released from BETA testing; Phase 1.0 begins.

Wedding sparklers typically come in 10, and 20 and 36 inches. The 10 inch shorter sticks will fizzle out before you get through the line of guests leaving your photo opp a total flop. Stick to the longer legnths. Make sure you have a bucket of sand ready for guests to toss the sticks when finished. Never line up guests under trees. Last, give your photographer some extra sparklers (and time) to do a few extra creative sparkler portraits at night to get the most out of the look.
